About the Cover: In Numbers 21, the Lord commanded Moses to make a bronze serpent and lifted it up on a pole so the Israelites who looked at it would be saved from the bites of fiery serpents. Likewise, Jesus was lifted up on the cross so all may look upon Him and be saved from the death of sin’s bite that has infected us all. In the darkness of the crucifixion, God's judgment thundered against sin. Now by His grace, all who believe in Christ are saved.
