 About the Cover: At a pivotal point in His ministry, Jesus “set His face to go to Jerusalem” (Luke 9:51). The Holy City was made to be the place from which the Word of the Lord went out and gathered nations. Instead, its people rebelled against God and killed His prophets. However, Jesus is ever compassionate toward its inhabitants and those of the world. For when He is crucified, it is God's plan to draw all people to Himself for forgiveness, life, and salvation and to lead us into the new Jerusalem.
