 About the Cover: The rich young man look upon his life as one that had upheld the commandments from youth. But Jesus points right to the heart of the matter when He tells the man to go sell everything he has and come follow Him. Though outwardly, his life appeared upstanding, the young man's faith was in his worldly wealth rather than the riches of God. The riches of God are this: Christ Jesus has purchased and won us, not with silver or gold but with His own precious blood (1Peter 1:18-19).
