About the Cover: Paul knew affliction and suffering for the sake of proclaiming the Gospel all too well. However, he calls it a “light momentary affliction” in comparison to the “eternal weight of glory” that God has promised (2 Corinthians 4:17). All affliction is temporary and will come to an end. However, because Christ lives, the light at the dawn of eternal glory is coming for all who believe in Him. Christ died and has been raised to never again die again for our forgiveness so that we, too, will be raised (Roman 6:9).
